  • Responsible for the migration of over five thousand Voicemail and Personal Number users from an O2 Featurenet platform to a dedicated Teamphone platform in extremely challenging timescales

  • Developed migration process including trial, outbound calling campaign, service definition, support model and success criteria

Responsible for a product management team tasked with launching and managing a range of Microsoft Hosted products internationally with full P&L responsibility of >£30m revenue pa.

  • Launched Microsoft Exchange messaging and Microsoft Exchange online products
  • Responsible for defining and implementing strategy for the launch of Microsoft products
  • Responsible for establishing and building relationships with 3rd party suppliers (inc. Microsoft and HP/Compaq) to provide products to market in minimum time

Responsible for a team of 7 product managers running a full range of Internet/Intranet products offered within the business and to external customers with full P&L responsibility for £30m revenue pa. These included a 100,000 seat MS Exchange service, web hosting, Knowledge Management products and information portals.

  • Completed the migration of 75,000 mail users from 3 different systems to a single integrated messaging and groupware system resulting in major cost savings
  • Responsible for the development and launch of a corporate Knowledge Management tool-set.
